He is a graduate of accounting from University of Lagos, Akoka. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

He has over ten (10) years professional experience in auditing, financial reporting, business automation and management.  He has wealth of experience in auditing, Enterprise Risk-Wide Management (ERM), and taxation.  

He is vast in corporate governance, financial data mining & analysis, management and accounting software and applications

He trained was as auditor with ECTLAT Consulting early in his career from where he moved to Lead Capital Plc as the “head controls & compliance unit”. He also acted as “head, finance & controls” at Proforce Nigeria Limited and Countrywide Paymasters Limited.
