Olatunji Cole
Mr. Olatunji Cole is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Calabar (UNICAL) an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) having undergone the required training on the implementation and application IFRS accounting standards and also acted as a team member to numerous IFRS conversion project.
He has over twenty (20) years working experience and have served in different industries holding several positions as mentioned below;
- Audit, Accountancy and Management firm, consultancy Industry.
- Construction and Building Industry.
- Food and beverages industry.
- Oil & Gas Industry.
- Consulting Industry.
The various positions held are; audit trainee, audit manager, Business development consultant, finance / management analyst, training facilitator, company accountant, treasury manager, regional accountant etc.
He is also a lecturer of Vision Scope Consult an institute aimed at preparing students or prospective professionals in becoming members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Some of the topics lectured includes; Financial Accounting, cost and management accounting, taxation, multi-disciplinary case stud (MDCS), business management etc.
He also serves as a visiting lecturer for each diet of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) revision program to lecture Multi-Disciplinary Case Study (MDCS).
He acts as a Tax Audit Monitoring Agent (TAMA) for the Lagos State internal revenue service (LIRS) and the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), amongst the companies audited are Air France Nigeria Limited, Mopol Engineering Company Limited, Rigid Pack Containers Limited, Aptech Nigeria Limited, The Bridge Clinic, Design Group etc.
He facilitates several training programs for clients on finance, management and taxation so as to boost the productivity of employees and enhance their performance. Some of the topics include;

- Investment appraisal techniques.
- Basic accounting, accounting for non-accountants.
